We also encourage our customers to search for their answers on Google as it relates to setting up your individual email software program, as all programs have different step by step instructions for how they are configured.

Generally, the mail server setting for all of your needs (POP3, SMTP, IMAP, and Webmail) is "mail.yourdomain.com" depending on what your email address is. If you are one of our CE.NET email customers, or a legacy eaglequest.com account holder, then you would use mail.ce.net or mail.eaglequest.com respectively.

Remember, your username for the mail server is your full email address including the domain name. Our SMTP Server requires authentication (username and password) but does not use encryption or SSL/TLS. Also remember that passwords are case sensitive, so make sure your CAPS LOCK key is not on by mistake.
